Our Catering Menu

Try one of our famous roast chickens for dinner.  Just call us by 2:00 any afternoon to order a chicken roasted to perfection for you and your family or friends. 

 

Ï Catering Lite—we know that throwing a party can be a stressful affair for the host and hostess.  And we know that full-service catering can cost more than many people want to spend.  As an alternative, we’ll work with you to design a menu to suit your tastes and budget, and prepare the food for you; stop by the market on the day of your event to pick everything up;  we’ll load it into your car for you.  Many of our clients prefer to drop off their own beautiful platters for us to stock with our food, but we can also provide the food to you in bulk, to be plated on site, or we can arrange everything on disposable caterware trays and bowls.

Antipasti Platters

including any variety of items, to suit your tastes and budget, for example:

Whole roasted cloves of garlic

Assorted artisan cheeses, artfully arranged, served with our housemade fig confit, dried fruits and toasted nuts, and crostini, crackers, and/or breadsticks.

Trio of Tapenades, served with crostini.  Including:  Italian white beans with roasted garlic, Kalamata olive with capers, sweet sun-dried tomato with goat cheese

Assorted Charcuterie such as Italian salames, Spanish chorizos, prosciutto di Parma, served with bread sticks and fresh slices of baguette

Assorted Dips, such as:  hummus (plain, roast red pepper, black bean, herbed), eggplant pate, pistachio-orange aillade, fig-rosemary confit, walnut and bleu cheese dip.

Polenta triangles topped with thinly sliced beef, wasabi goat cheese and arugula
